West Coast Properties & Construction has been in business since 1997. Our company covers Oregon, Washington, Arizona, California, Nevada and will work with any customers or contractors in any state. We offer a variety of real estate services to individuals and businesses. Together we have over 65 years of experience in the residential remodel, commercial and construction industry. Our company has only one motto, get it right and make sure the customer is satisfied. All projects no matter how small or big are very important to our company. Mr. Griffin has been in residential, commercial remodel, and the construction industry since 1992. His experience includes start to finish construction, residential and commercial remodels, planning and designing. Mr. Griffin also has vast experience in property partitions and land divisions. His largest land project consisted of over 250 developed lots in the South Eugene Hills. Mr. Griffin has been the general contractor on over 1000's projects to date in 10 different states. His commitment is 2nd to none and he lives by the company motto. "Imagine Anything"

Mr. Chance Griffin is the youngest son of Oscar Griffin who started West Coast Properties 25 years ago. Chance grew up in the industry, and learned from his father what it takes to be a top project manager and contractor. Chance brings youth, vision, excitement and a work ethic like no other. Chance is an executive with West Coast Properties and Construction.

Tanja Holliday

Mrs. Morgan has over 25 years in residential and commercial construction industry. Her experience includes residential & commercial project managing of every size. She has also managed residential and commercial properties ranging from 30 to over 300 units. As operations Vice President Mrs. Morgan has the task of keeping us up to date on all the industry cutting edge designs, technology and workings. Her passion as a project manager from start to finish is shown every day in her knowledge, and commitment to the clients and project. Her unique thinking and determination to get it right, and make the clients satisfied beyond expectations is a trait we love. West Coast Properties & Construction feels privileged to have her as part of the team.

Ms. Holliday has a bachelor’s degree in design and structures. Ms. Holliday is an award winning interior designer who has designed all over the world, from single family houses, multi units, commercial buildings, Ulta Beauty stores across the United States, golf courses, and any structure that can be designed. Her passion for taking a project start to finish, and every detail that the customer wants cannot be measured in words. We are lucky to have such an accomplished designer as part of our team and family. Ms. Holliday also has experience in new construction, residential remodel, design and affordable sustainable buildings.
